Paisley Cartridge Musical Notes Card

Here’s a quick little tabbed card made using the Paisley Cricut cartridge.

The Paisley cartridge can be hard to find, but here are some other Cricut cartridges that you might like!

DS#1 had a b’day party to go to.  Mom to the rescue. 😉  I made a T-shirt (see below) and this “cute” little card.  IDK, is it “cute” if it has skulls all over it?  The jury is still out on that.

The paper is from Stampin’ Up and is retired (sorry about that).  Everything cut is from the Paisley cart.  I used the card from page 65 and the musical notes from page 62.  I cut the card at 4-1/4″.  You’ll need to score the card using a scorer or bone folder, but once you’ve got those lines folding neatly the little tab holds the card closed very nicely.  I ran the musical notes through my Xyron with the top side down so it would get all sticky.  Then I poured some black glitter by Doodlebug Design all over it.  It turned out looking all “jazz hands”. LOL (I mean fancy.) 😉  I popped up the musical notes with some really thick and large pop dots.

Now I’m off to package all this up so it looks cute!  I’m happy I could find this theme on the Paisley cartridge, because if you went by the name, you’d think “nothin’ but paisley”! This is a good surprise!

Have a Crafty Day!!

  3. while skulls and cross bones are not our thing, it is all the rage among the younger set. I hated to buy pink skulls and cross bones for my grand daughter for school.
