You always have such great ideas – must be why you are one of my daily stops 🙂 I love fall for many reasons – my birthday is in October – but I love hay rides and pumpkin carving. It’s so much fun to get out of the house without the heat or needing to bundle up. Enjoy your football and thanks for the chance to win!

Your hurricane lamps are a must do and I guess I have been living under a rock as this is the first time I have seen this done. I love the sunshine coolness of coming fall and all the trees changing their color, I grew up in eastern Canada and remember every fall as breathtaking. Thanks for always sharing yourself. Hey Joy, what a great idea & love that it is inexpensive. They would be beautiful on a banquet table for Thanksgiving or even Christmas. So many possibilities. Thanks for such a wonderful idea. What I love about fall is the sounds & the smells. I love the crispness in the air and the crunch of the leaves under your feet. Going to the local pumkin patches & corn mazes. 18. wonderful Idea for the hurricane, I have been told about this and that the best place to get things to go together is at 2nd hand stores. Can’t imagine it being less expensive than yours though. Now that I know what type of glue to use, you can bet I will try this out. 1. Sue, I think I found that glue at WalMart. I bought it last year for another project so I can’t quite remember. Most craft stores have it, even if it’s in a set with other glues. 😉
