Hi crafty friends! Welcome to the Red, White & Blue blog hop! Be sure to go to the end of this post so you can check out all the great things the other ladies made. Leave a comment on this post to be eligible to win an Echo Park paper pack!
To create this fun and festive project I used Lettering Delights Boom-de-yada cut it set, cut it projects and paper pack.
This project was quick and easy AND I only used 3 sheets of white 12×12 paper for the whole thing! I did that by using Lettering Delights Boom-de-yada paper pack and importing the paper into my firecracker pieces. So, I didn’t need to own all that paper, I could just print it!

Here’s How to Print & Cut using the Silhouette Cameo & Here are more Cameo Tutorials
I use the Canon PIXMA Pro9000 Mark II Inkjet for my printing. DH gave it to me for Christmas a few years ago and I LOVE it! It prints 12×12 paper, which is so nice for bigger projects. After printing, I used the Silhouette Cameo to cut everything out.
Putting the firecrackers together was easy! You push the tabs down, roll the larger pieces into a tube shape, then add the circles to the tabbed areas. To make the fire part you simply fold up the paper and put it in the circle with the hole in it.
I used my Scotch ATG Gun to secure the tube shapes and Zip Dry Paper Glue to attach the circles to the tabbed areas.
I used Joy’s Life “Oh Christmas Puns” stamps for the “Oh, Snap!” saying. It was perfect for this project!
I added some little snap pop noisemakers to the firecrackers. This would make a great fun treat for guests on the 4th of July!
