Try this Tart & Sweet Cranberry Apple Bake Recipe!
Our family loves to cook. Â Really. Â Like … everyone from the youngest child to the oldest, parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles. Â Everyone cooks. Â So, that means that we have a long list of family favorite dishes.
Our list was long enough that I wrote a family cookbook and gave it to my daughter when she was in middle school, and she actually appreciated it.  Of  course, it has since become property of the whole house, leaving me to realize I should have published more than one.  Now everyone just keeps giving me notes, requests and requirements for my next cookbook.  What I’ve learned?  Publish more than one.
Aren’t those apples and cranberries beautiful? I love this dish.

This dish is all about the apples and the cranberries. Peel, halve, core, and slice or chop the apples. I prefer them chopped. Next, wash and pick over the cranberries. Grease the pan and add the apples. Here’s the fun part. Pour all those cranberries over the apples. There’s something satisfying about dumping out all those cranberries. Plus, it’s so pretty!
