Want a delicious and spooky treat that is super fast and super tasty? Try this yummy cake and ice cream punch! Both are made using Sunkist TEN, which helps make Halloween fun and delicious without the full calorie guilt.
You don’t need many ingredients for these recipes. I found the Sunkist TEN, cake mix, eggs and ice cream that I needed all at my local Kroger grocery store. I also bought the cutest spatula while I was in there. I wanted to use it but then I thought that it was so cute it would look good as part of a Christmas gift. They had such cute kitchen things! I even bought lids and straws for mason jars in there.
Using a lemon cake mix, two eggs and about 10 ounces of Sunkist TEN you can make a whole cake! Can you believe it? It’s true! Simply mix it all up and cook according to the directions on the cake mix box. It’s that simple!

Sunkist Ten 3 Ingredient Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Box of Lemon Cake Mix
- 2 eggs
- 10 oz of Sunkist TEN
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients gently.
- Pour into greased pan.
- Cook according to box directions.
I decided to pour the batter into a bundt pan. When it was done I almost turned the pan over from above the cake stand and shook it out. I have no patience. LOL! Just in time, I took a second to instead cover the pan with the plate and flip it over. Catastrophe averted! How did I almost forget to do such a simple thing? Crazy!
I think it turned out so well. Adding the Sunkist TEN made the cake so light and fluffy. It was super yum.
Making ice cream punch is easy too.
Add ice cream to Sunkist TEN and mix. You’ll end up with frothy goodness. Try this with other TEN varieties too, like Dr. Pepper TEN, 7UP TEN, A&W TEN or Canada Dry TEN. It’s as easy as…ice cream punch.
I ate that piece. I was once again fulfilling my “official taster” duties. Then I shared. 😉 Consider changing up the flavor of cake mix you’re using and mixing it with different TEN products. Isn’t it amazing what you can make with Sunkist TEN? A cake and a drink? So cool!
Oh! Add a pumpkin face out of vinyl for a quick way to theme your treats for Halloween. That Sunkist TEN is a great orange color that is perfect for Halloween!
Hi Joy! I am actually trying to access your post about the new silhouette cameo versus the previous model, but it goes to a blank page no matter what avenue I use. I literally just bought the previous model about two weeks ago and haven’t had the chance to play around with it yet. Can you possibly email me your review/comparisons so I can decide to keep this one or buy the new one? Thanks so much and can’t believe I’m just discovering your page…ahhhmazing!!!
Hi Hart,
I checked the post and am able to see it in all browsers. In case you have a bad link to it, you can find it here: https://joyslife.com/new-silhouette-cameo-2014-compared-to-original-silhouette-cameo/ . I had other people check from their computers (in different locations) and they can see it too. I hope you’re able to access it soon! (Sometimes a reboot or restarting a router helps me when I have access trouble with different sites.)
That cake looks so moist! Can’t wait to try it! #client
Oh my gosh, YUM, YUM, YUM. I love that ice cream, always get that and Strawberry Lemon at Ralphs. The cake looks so moist, and the color looks perfect. I noticed you didn’t mention oil, did you omit that?
