Tips for the Best Buffalo Chicken Dip
- Make it spicier: Add a dash of Texas Pete CHA!
- Season first: My husband swears by seasoning the chicken before cooking for deeper flavor.
- Switch up the cheese: Use Monterey Jack instead of cheddar for a smoother, creamier finish.

Okay, that looks so yummy…I’m sure it was. Maybe when I’m better I can have some.
Looks good but it also looks a little to spicy for me.
ok this has my mouth watering, came here yesterday looking at recipes and it got me distracted spent way to long looking at recipes online. lol had something close to this before just loved it. cannot wait to try this one out.
Use less Texas Pete. We use 1/4 cup and its fine. Dip with Tostitos Scoops!. Yummy!
Recipe clarification please! Ingredients says 1/4 + 1/8 Hot Sauce. Is this tsp, tbsp or cups? And the recipe only calls for Hot Sauce once so do you mean 1/4 to 1/8?
Great question! How have I missed that for so long? It should be cups. I’ll go fix that recipe right now. Thanks for finding that Sarah!
