Hey everybody!! Many of you who are on Facebook with us already know one of our Facebook Friends, Irene, and have learned about her son Christopher. Irene has shared about Christopher on our Facebook page and you can go there to read more about him. He and Irene (his Mom) like to print out pictures of the cards that I make and then they make them together. When I found that out, I wanted to do something special for Christopher. I asked Irene what he really likes and it turns out that it’s Christmas! So, let’s all do something really nice for Christopher and make he and Irene cards they can work on together. You make it, then you just link it below. Ok? This would really mean a lot to Christopher.
The only requirement is that the card be related to Christmas.
Ok?! Alright!! 😀 Let’s get started!!
All you have to do is use Mr. Linky below and link to your card. If you don’t have a blog, that’s ok. Don’t worry! You can upload your image to a free photo hosting site like Photobucket. Then you just come back here and enter your name and the photo url below.
I’ll leave this post open for a week. I hope you’ll be a part of this!! 🙂
Here’s My Card for Christopher:
This reindeer is from Paper Doll Dress Up. I welded 2 of the same deer together using my Gypsy. It’s 7″ tall. That puffy stuff around the edges is Liquid Applique in white by Marvy. The little toes are tiny snowball embellishments. I glued a piece of fuzzy ribbon at the neck using Fabri-Tac permanent adhesive. That’s a snowflake brad on the ribbon and a blue gem brad for the eye. The paper I used had some glitter effect to it and that’s what ended up where the antlers are. The paper is “Fall in Love” by My Minds Eye.
I have two seperate posts! The first one being the inside of the card (oops) haha and the second one being the outside. The outside says spread christmas cheer and the inside says all year round!
ps- I hope he likes it!
I added mine. I hope I linked it right, its my first time doing that. I used the fireplace and stocking s from Christmas Cheer, stickles- holly, lace, yellow, orange peel, silver, and distress vintage photo. I made the fireplace in a brick color and ran it through my big kick using a textured plate, All paper was scraps of solid color cardstock so I do not have official names.
I added mine 🙂

Sorry a little late. I wanted to post a card that was simple but CUTE!! I used the Christmas Tree embossing folder from Cuttlebug. Jeweled it up and tied a bow on the bottom. You can also use glitter for the ornaments, stickels, make your own colorful ornaments. Hope you like it Chistopher!
Added another Card. Used another cuttlebug embossing folder. But I embossed it on foil instead of paper. And used a stamp of a tree and then put glitter glue for the ornaments.
I LOVE that foil card!! I haven’t done anything with foil yet, but you inspired me to get moving on it! Thanks so much for adding your cards! 😉
