FATHER’S DAY IS SUNDAY!!!  Ok, now you’ve got to get a move on to get that special man in your life a card. 😉  Should I do my sunday…sunDAY…SUNDAY voice?  That’s another little reminder for you.  So, what is this Sunday?  FATHER’S DAY!!!  (Let’s take bets on if I’ll have a card ready for DH and his Dad this Sunday.  LOL!)

I know that Mother’s and Father’s Days can be really tough for many people.  I lost my father ten years ago this past May.  It may sound like a long time, but in my heart it’s not.  I send many hugs to those of you who’ve suffered the loss of a father or husband this holiday.  I hope you’ll take time for yourself to enjoy the day in any way that makes you happy.  SUPER HUGS!!

AND NOW…LET’S GET CRAFTY!!  The Design Team has some great ideas for the Dad’s!

LORENA

Lorena cut the “cake” out of the day.  😉  If you look at the Yummy Puns stamp set, you’ll see what I mean.  LOL!  Way to think outside of the “cake” box Lorena! 😉

  2. Joy, the projects are awesome.
I lost my dad 8 years ago and I know that my heart still hurts like it was yesterday. So fathers day is a very difficult holiday for me.

  3. The embossing definitely works but I find the roller marks very distracting and even with trying different mats and different settings, the roller marks stay. I also tried the deep cutting housing which is shorter and makes the blade stick out further. If we could figure out a solution to those marks, I’d truly love it. Thanks
