Ingredients
14ozjellied cranberry saucecanned
1/8tspground ginger
3 ¼TbspDijon mustarduse whole grain, not smooth
1 Tbsporange juice
1½Tbspbrown sugarlight or dark, whichever you prefer

1tsporange zestoptional, adds color and bright citrus flavor
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a medium mixing bowl.
Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Chill in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes to let the flavors blend.

For a bright citrus pop, add a touch of fresh orange zest. Use a fine zester to remove just the thin orange peel, not the bitter white pith.
