Notes
This Cheesy Potato Soup Slow Cooker recipe thickens as it cools, just add a splash of milk or broth when reheating. If you like measuring precisely (and I always do), I’ve used these stainless steel measuring cups since 2013. They’ve held up beautifully and are still my go-to set today. For blending, I use this immersion blender, it makes it easy to get the perfect texture right in the slow cooker without extra cleanup.Feel free to switch it up to suit your style! Add extra cheese for a richer flavor, or toss in diced ham or corn for a heartier twist.
