Whole Grain Old Fashioned Oats

brown sugar

teaspoon
nutmeg

teaspoon
cinnamon

teaspoon
salt

Tablespoon
honey
Instructions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in medium bowl.
Spread mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool.
Add to your favorite yogurts!
