Aunt Jemima Frozen Waffles
pumpkin pie spice
In a medium saucepan sprayed with cooking spray, saute the diced apples and 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice over medium-heat until lightly browned and tender, about 4 minutes.
Break pecans into small pieces.
Roast pecans on a coated cooking sheet at 350 for about 5 minutes or until you can smell them roasting. Watch to keep from burning.
Serve waffles layered with bananas, cinnamon apples and roasted pecans.
Add syrup as desired.
