of ChobaniĀ® Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt

self rising flour

unsalted butter
softened

of sugar

sliced or chopped cranberries
Other Ingredients

large egg
zest of one orange

Tbsp
butter
melted

cup
sparkling sugar
Instructions
Mix butter, egg, sugar, orange zest (optional) and ChobaniĀ® Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt until smooth.
Gradually add flour to mix until a dough forms.
Add cranberries.
Half the dough.
On a floured surface, knead each half approximately 8-10 times.
Create two 1" high circles with the dough.
Using a knife, score the circles to create 6 to 8 wedges.
Place scones on parchment paper.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until light to golden brown.
When you remove the scones from the oven, brush them with butter and sprinkle with sparkling sugar.
Serve and enjoy!
