I’m so excited about sharing one of my three newest stamp sets with you! Today’s cards were made using a stamp from my new set “That Tastes Punny” and that hilarious grape is from Lettering Delight’s Stuck on You file. I had to make several of these cards so I chose to do a print and cut method using my Silhouette Cameo.
I LOVE that digital paper I’m using. It’s from Lettering Delights Widget’s and What-nots. I used another paper piece (newsprint) from that file on this post. I REALLY like this particular pack of digi paper. I used a bunch of these tips to lighten, turn and adjust my digital paper.
Here’s how to print and cut with the Silhouette Cameo if you need help.
Isn’t that weird? Notice the computer screen? I layered that pretty scallop from the Card B file right over my rectangle. It looked kind of yuck like that. That’s ok. I planned to cut along the edges of my rectangle, so it cut the excess right off. It was the best way I could get it to fill the space and still retain the shape I wanted. Cool!
I used the Talk file to make those talk bubbles. I highly suggest getting that file if you want to make some cards or scrapbook pages…or whatever, where someone, like a bunch of grapes for example (they are known for being chatty…they also can’t keep a secret so be forewarned when talking to them) anyway…Get the Talk file. It’s inexpensive and you can make anything look like it’s talking or thinking. I heart that. Then, of course, stamp a Joy’s Life saying in there. See how I just got that in there right at the end? 😉 LOL!
Need stamps? I gotcha covered!
