SuperJoy ANNOUNCEMENT to SuperFriends – More Give-A-Ways?!

Dear Superfriends,
I have so enjoyed reading all of your wonderful and kind comments over the past week. Really, I’m touched that you all took the time to register and take part in my site. Thank you! I started this 7 Days of Give-A-Ways as a way to say “Thanks” to everyone who helped me reach 200 registered users. Well, your word of mouth and enthusiasm has swelled our numbers to over 400 registered users!! You all deserve a cape and a cup of Super Hero coffee.
What I’ve decided to do instead of passing out capes and coffee is to celebrate and thank my SuperFriends EACH MONTH…and here’s how:

Let it be known that henceforth and until such time that it changes…
The 14th of every month will be known and celebrated as
SuperJoy Loves SuperFriends Day!!
And on that Day SuperJoy will pull a cool, crafty gift out of her Magic Craft Gift Bag and all of the (Registered) SuperFriends will be welcomed to comment on that post to be entered for a chance to win!
After Three Days Time, SuperJoy will Stand Proudly with her cape flowing and shake her magic Random.org ball to determine a winning SuperFriend.
(…and in normal talk, that means I’m going to do a Give-A-Way on the 14th of Every Month and use Random.org to pick a winner!!)

In northern Ohio, we have a light dusting of Fairy dust. Are you sure you don’t want to be my neighbor? We sure could get into a lot of trouble together. I am really having bad days……….I just want to stay home and create and not go to work. I didn’t say that did I. I have so many ideas, so little time, and have moved my craft stuff to my daughters 20 miles away…….She wouldn’t let me bring it home, so now I mess up her house every week end.
Oh, I’d enjoy crafting with friends for sure! … but SuperJoy is allergic to extreme cold and snow. LOL 😀 It’s the Southerner in me.
Well, at least you’re messing up someone else’s house! 😉

I have not been on here long but I have LOVED reading old posts. My husband said that I was taking too much time reading about crafting and not enough cleaning up after the crafts I have in progress. Thanks for the great site!

I am a fine artist mostly in canvas. BUT after reading about all the things you can do with the Big Shot I got one for my birthday. It should be arriving soon. I have a Texture Boutique for embossing that I love. I can hardly wait to try out all the other techniques and things.
I also do altered paper art more as my personal hobby.

Like I said MANY MANY times before. You are a CRAFT DIVA…There are so many people out there that just need that lil bit of help or some questions answered or even some inspiration. I said Fairy Dust! I don’t want anyone to believe that snow comes from the Snow Fairy. She is wicked and if she gets mad at you, your cars get stuck, your back hurts from shoveling but sometimes you get a day off of work, just to sit and look out the window. I got to run to the store and make a belated birthday card, and a get well card for coworkers. If I had my machines at home, I would use them rather than the computer. But that is ok, when I really get going good, I will make a stock pile of them. Some to send overseas to our soldiers and others to use for people at work…………Then maybe I will get to the scrapbooking pages.
Marlene, Fairy Dust in the South causes school closings and a run on bread and milk. LOL!!

Love the cuttlebug folders………….
I told my daughter tonight that I would be out on Friday to start cutting out parts for the girls to make their valentine’s day cards. She said, ” Mom you bought them remember” I said I know but the ones they are going to make are for their grandma’s and others in the family they want to say our special…….She doesn’t want to be bugged to do them with the girls. HEHE I took advantage of the big sale on Sizzix where bigz dies were $3.00 a piece. Then I went to Michaels and bought the Big Kick Machine. ……..didn’t tell the old man. I am also getting things shipped to my daughter’s now…….so he doesn’t know about it……..
I am always shopping the clearance corners for things I like, unless it is something that I really got to have. As soon as my daughter moves out, I am going to clean my house, set up my knitting machine and start to whittle down the 13 tubs of yarn. Yes, I do all sorts of things. Guess I will be making a lot of sweaters to wear. (When the snow fairy comes to frost the world, I need to warm my bones a little more than I used to).
Sounds like fun! I’ll be watching!
