Scrapbook Paper Mod Podge Storage Bucket

The craft room makeover is coming along!  YAY!  I’m still in the “take what I’ve already got and make it over” mode.  So, today’s project is taking a lame black bucket and making it (what I consider) adorable.  Here’s how I made it!

Take one boring black bucket, 1 piece of scrapbook paper, a brush and Super Gloss Mod Podge.

Cut up the paper, apply Super Gloss Mod Podge to the back of the paper and place it on the bucket.  Next, cover the top of paper with Mod Podge.  Wipe off any excess…like if you got it all over the place except where you meant to.  Wipe off those spots before they dry!  That’s it!  You’re done!

I love the way this turned out!  I can’t find which company this paper came from but you can use any cute paper that you have.

I keep all of my liquid adhesives inside this bucket.  It’s easy to get to them out and I don’t have to worry about them leaking on anything.

I hope you’ll try a quick makeover of something too.  It’s so rewarding to give a new look to something you already own.  I love doing that!

Happy Crafting!
