I called Cricut today to find out where I can purchase the pink expression. I was told that there is no such thing and they have never heard of it.

Wha? That’s weird! A friend on another board told me that it was located in California in the Moreno Valley/Riverside area. She was going there to check it out. I’ll post if she finds it!
Check out the Golden Cricut!!

There is a pink Cricut, as you know, and a portion of the profits go to Susan Komen foundation for breast cancer research.
Just letting you know I’m a big fan of your blog!

Gracie!! You’re so sweet! Thank you!! You made my day!
Also, I think that’s great that a portion of the proceeds are used for breast cancer research. Very nice.

yes the pink cricut does exist because my GF works at michaels and nearly fainted seeing a PINK cricut (she wants a cricut badly enough anyway, and she loves pink, so you can imagine lol) and she asked me to find out if its a limited time offer or anything. shes works in a michaels in abbotsford BC Canada, so now she desperatly wants one especially if its only a limited time thing, if you know if its a limited time offer or not could you please let me know
August 7th, 2009 at 9:02 AM
I’m really not sure if it’s limited time or not…but I’d be pretty sure that it’s a limited quantity since not many people have even seen it yet. I wish I knew more! If I hear anything else, I’ll post it.

Let us keep requesting the Pink Journey to be released to the public….I am a two time survivor and I do scrapbooking event to raise money for the Susan G. Komen Foundation
August 18th, 2009 at 8:51 AM
I agree! The Pink Journey cartridge is so important to so many people. Blessings for you and your health! Your events to raise money for the Komen Foundation are such a kindness.

I ask my husband for a cricut (my first) for my birthday and he bought the pink one. I was really surprised to see that he bought that one because I had only asked for the regular one. Wasn’t that so sweet of him?
August 22nd, 2009 at 7:19 PM
That was sooooo sweet!! Awwww, I just know you’re going to love it! You’re so lucky too! I’ve been in Michael’s a million times lately and I still haven’t seen the pink one in person! Yay for you!!

I’m a breast cancer survivor who loves to scrapbook and make cards. I went to Michael’s to buy this machine and there was one lady in front of me that got the last one. I WANT a PINK EXPRESSION. Anyone have any suggestions? I worry that Michael’s won’t get anymore pink machines and my rain check won’t be any good.
September 3rd, 2009 at 6:32 AM
Hi Jayne,
First, blessings for your continued good health! I wish this Pink Expression wasn’t so hard to find, especially due to the meaning it has for so many people. You might try calling different Michael’s and seeing if they have one in stock, then asking them to hold it for you. You might also call your local Michael’s each day to see when and if they have one in stock yet. I hope you find one soon! It’s AWFUL that the lady in front of you bought the last one. Ugh!!
Good luck!

My wife is a breast cancer survivor of one year. She just had a conversation with customer support at Provo Craft to urge them to make the cartridge available to everyone, not just new Cricut customers. She was rudely rebuffed and told that they have NO plans to make the cartridge available as a standalone product and that if she wants one so bad, she should buy a new Cricut. What a completely asinine statement! My wife is very disappointed to say the least. She uses her Cricut Expression for EVERYTHING and spends a lot of money on Provo Crafts products, and they just snubbed her. If Provo Craft was truly for the cause, they would make the Pink Journey available to EVERYONE. Apparently, they’re only in it for themselves.

I don t have an interest in the pink expression since I got an E about a week ago however I am a 5 yr breast cancer survivor and I would be interested in the Journey cartridge. I think Provo Craft should rethink this. You shouldn t have to buy a machine to get this cartridge. I spend alot of money also on Provo crafts. This lady at Provo crafts should be reprimanded for speaking this way to a customer!!

I totally agree! I hope they will soon offer this cart to everyone. Surely, they will see how strong the feelings are for it to be available to a wider market. I’ll cross my fingers and hope to see a quick to market offer to the general public!
September 26th, 2009 at 9:36 PM
Well so much for having to buy the pink expression. EBay has the Pink Journey cartridge by itself………going for $50 up to $90 You might be able to get a better deal than this! Just FYI
September 26th, 2009 at 9:36 PM
I just bought the Pink Expression yesterday from Michael’s for $299. I love the new cart as well!
I had to go to 2 different Michael’s to find it, ( the first didn’t realize what I meant about a pink version, they just said they had them), but it was well worth the effort. They also donate a whole 50 bucks, which is better than most cancer research products.
My mom is a 1 year survivor, so I’m sure we will get alot of use out of it!
September 26th, 2009 at 9:38 PM
OH, to add to my above post, I’m located in south Florida, a little above Miami, so they are definitely all over the country!
September 26th, 2009 at 9:48 PM
Hey!!
You got a great deal on the Pink Expression. I know it was $299 when Michael’s first got it, but do they have it at that price again? Or were you smart and got a raincheck earlier? Either way, CONGRATS ON YOUR NEW PINK EXPRESSION!! Yay!! (clap, clap, clap, cheering!! )

I guess I got lucky. Yesterday I went to Michael’s to get some yarn for Mom and as I walked in I saw it, the elusive Pink Cricut Express it was the first time I’d seen it. I’ve been wanting a Cricut for the longest but couldn’t get it for one reason or another. I stumble upon it and was beside myself to see such a pretty one and it’s for a great cause to boot!! XD Ebay has great deals on the Pink Cricut Expression. Just last night I saw one for $230 so for those of you who aren’t having any luck finding it at Michael’s give Ebay a shot. Good luck. BTW I hope all you survivers continue to enjoy good health and thanks for your awesome example of courage, perceverance and will to live. And to all you ladies fighting what will provably be you greates battle in life, I hope you beat this thing and make it to be one more in the league of brave women that didn’t give up and made it through. Good luck all.
